RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY

CaseHub Store Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with CaseHub Store! Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return & exchange policy below:

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your package, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items returned after 30 days, or for items that show signs of use or wear.

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Please email us at support@casehubstore.com within 30 days of receipt, including your order number, item(s) for return/exchange, and reason.

  • We will respond within 24 hours, providing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed instructions.

  • Pack your item(s) securely, write the RMA number on the outside of the package, and send to the address provided.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If your return is due to a product defect, wrong item sent, or shipping damage, CaseHub Store will cover all return shipping costs.

  • For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (such as dislike or wrong purchase), the customer is responsible for return shipping to our warehouse.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange for a different color or model, please indicate your preference when requesting your RMA.

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will promptly send your replacement. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will complete the review within 3 business days and notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, worn, or not in new condition

  • Return/exchange requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
